Live Activity Widget launched

We've just taken the covers off our new and shiny "live activity" widget. This widget aggregates user's activity on your blog ( or site ), and displays it to other users on your blog in real-time.

A reader to your blog gets a very real feel of activity on the blog. The live streaming update in the widget is very pleasing and non-intrusive. The widget is completely customizable, so it appears as an integral part of your blog/site. The widget also displays images next to the post title.

Once the "live activity" widget is installed on your blog/site, Wowzio starts collecting anonymous data about each visitor, where they came from, their ip address, and the page they currently are on. Wowzio aggregates recent visitors to your blog, and streams that information back out via the widget. All this happens in real-time. We do not store or archive visitor's data on Wowzio.

We are very excited to launch this. Here are a couple of urls to sample "live activity" widgets :

Sample 2

Please take it for a spin and tell us what you think.
